• Enhance images using AI for optimal 3D conversion results
• Download generated 3D models in various file formats (GLB, OBJ)
• View and interact with 3D models in a web-based viewer

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe
• Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing period

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6.3 Generated 3D Models

Subject to these Terms, you own the 3D models generated from your uploaded images. You may use these models for personal and commercial purposes. However, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to the source images used to generate the 3D models.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that 3D models generated will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Results may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of uploaded images.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3D MODEL MAKER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
